terms of service
The deal, in plain language.
By using Throne you agree to these terms. They cover how the scan sandbox may be used, what our verdicts mean, the free and paid limits, and the usual disclaimers. We have kept them short and readable.

The service
Throne executes MCP servers inside disposable microVMs, tests them against client emulations calibrated from real Claude Code and Cursor traffic, scans their source, and publishes an evidence-based verdict. Verdicts reflect what we observed in our environment at one point in time. They can be incomplete or out of date, and they are not a certification or a guarantee.
Public and paid use
Each IP address gets limited public verification access. Beyond that, continuous verification requires an API key, which is a paid plan described on the pricing page. Founding pricing is locked for the period stated there. We may change pricing for new sign-ups with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
When you submit a target to Throne, you agree that:
- You have the right to submit it for automated execution and public reporting.
- You will not use the sandbox to mine cryptocurrency, attack or probe third parties, send spam, exfiltrate data, or run anything unlawful.
- You will not try to break out of the sandbox, overload the service, or circumvent the rate and usage limits.
We may refuse, rate limit, or remove any scan, record, or key at our discretion, especially where these rules are broken.
The registry and verdicts
Records describe behavior we observed by actually running the server. Security findings are review material, not a final judgment. If you maintain a server and believe a record is wrong, every record carries a challenge link: tell us, and we re-run it in the open and correct it where warranted.
Your code stays yours
You keep all rights to the code you submit. You grant Throne permission to execute it for the purpose of testing and to publish the resulting evidence record. The Throne name, site, and original content are ours.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that verdicts are accurate, that the service is always available, or that it fits a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Throne is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. You agree to indemnify Throne against claims arising from your misuse of the service or from submitting code you did not have the right to submit.
Changes, termination, and law
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and we may update the terms as the product grows; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions go to hello@usethrone.dev.
